Raffle Items

To participate in the Raffle you will need to buy Raffle Tickets at the Raffle/Auction table in the Cafeteria if you did not buy them during the presale.

You do not need to be present to win. If you are not present when we call the raffle, we will call/email you and let you know how to collect your items. 

Silent Auction Items

Bidding ends at 7:40pm

Winners announced at approximately 8:00pm

To participate in the Silent Auction, go to the Cafeteria and visit the Raffle/Auction table. You will sign up on the Auction Bidder Sheet and get a Bidder number. Use the Bidder number when placing a bid.

Bidding- Each Lot has a minimum bid required, these are typed onto the page for you. All subsequent bids must increase by at least $5.  

Once bidding has closed. We will announce the winners. You do not need to be present to win. If you are present when we announce the winners, you will be given a total due and need to pay in order to leave with your items. If you are not present, we will email/call you to let you know what you won, how much is due, how to pay, and how to collect the items you won.
